Law of Attraction
Law of Attaction is a fascinating topic and during recently years I have been putting the law of attraction into action by using vision boarding, affirmation and much more. In this blog I am sharing with you a snippet of how to work with the law of attraction and the theory behind it.
Like attract Like, positive attracts positive and negative attract negative so we need to be sending out the right energy to get the right energy back.
What is the Law of Attraction
- Is one of the universal laws (there are 12 universal laws in total)
- Basis of the Law of Attraction is like attracts like, positive attracts positive, negative attracts negative
- Our thoughts create and project energy which in turn attracts similar energy
- Therefore we attract into our lives what we focus on. Take for example ‘Good Things Happen in 3’s’ once you have the first good thing you are then feeling positive and look for the next 2 well why stop at Three. Some people believe that ‘Bad Luck Happen in 3’s’ well why would you get one bad thing and then wish for 2 more you are almost manifesting more bad things by putting that energy out there.
- It can be the key to getting whatever you want in life, whether its in business, relationship, health, lifestyle etc.
- Universal laws have been in existence for thousands of years
- As the human race has developed along with our scientific learnings these laws have been reinforced by scientific findings.
- Its always working whether you are consciously working with it or not
Three Principles of the Law of Attraction
1.Present is always perfect – this principle suggests that no matter how we are feeling, no matter what we are going through, no matter what our present situation looks like, we should always work on finding ways to make the present moment the best that it can be.
2.Like attracts Like – positive thoughts attract positive things, negative thoughts attract negative things. Therefore if you think positively that good things will happen then this is what you will attract.
3.Nature Abhors a Vacuum – this principle suggests that we can not have empty space in our minds so it is up to us what we fill it with so we need to fill it with positive thoughts, desires, goals, excitement, happiness etc.
Science Part
Scientists have been trying to explain the law of attraction and have made a great progress via Quantum Physics.
The Theory behind it is every single thing in the world is made of energy. It just each object/thing is more densely packed energy and this energy includes our thoughts.
Studies have discovered that there are smaller forms of unit matter called Quarks. These unites are smaller than electrons and neutrons. Quarks move in waves and frequencies and these tiny quarks are attracted to other energy waves on the same frequency.
Therefore the energy you give out will attract the same energy back
Working with the Law of Attraction
- Affirmation – Positive Affirmations is sending out messages of what we want. Affirmation should start with ‘I am’ or ‘I have’
- Visualisation- Imagining we already have achieved it, how it will feel sends positive feeling about our goals
- Vision Boards – Keeps it in our mind why we are doing what we do and what we want to achieve. I create mine on my phone and then print it or make it my screen saver.
- Gratitude List/Diary – Celebrating our wins send out to the universe that we want more of the good stuff.
- Goal Setting and making a plan
Things to remember
When working with the law of attraction you need to remember a few things.
- No Deadline/ Time frame – it may not happen straight away but believe that it will when the time is right
- Be unrealistic – ask for what you desire and not what you think you deserve
- Be clear – make sure you dont send out mixed messages about what you want as the universe will not know what you truly desire
- Have Fun – enjoy it, positive and happiness
- Will Power and Conviction – keep going and believe
- Words and Language have Power – remember everything you say, write down has power so try and keep it positive
- Be Grateful- end and start each day with a gratitude list even if its something small like the weather
- Celebrate Wins – however big or small celebrate your win
- Letting go of Negative – this is a hard step and can be negative behaviour or negative people
- Forgiveness – this could be to yourself or someone else
