The personal information which you are required to provide as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Please email us to update any details if they are incorrect or change.
BOOKING OF TREATMENTS
To book an appointment please press book now, email, call text and I will respond at the earliest opportunity to answer any initial questions. If requiring an appointment please include in your contact which treatment you require and whether there is a particular day or time of day.
Please note that treatments are only available to women as I specialise in Women’s Health. I do at times treat men if it is via a female referral or a personal friend or family member of myself.
Before each appointment I will contact any clients with a reminder and conduct a risk assessment or consultation in advance inline with my covid security policy.
Any information you provide during the booking or consultation procedure are kept secure and inline with my privacy policy.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If appointment is cancelled by yourself within 24 hours of your appointment day and time it would be liable of a 50% treatment price. No fee would be charged is appointment is postponed.
If you do not turn up for your appointment full payment would be required.
On occasions and at the discretion of Holistic Wellbeing With Nicola the cancellation policy may be waived.
PURCHASING OF PRODUCTS
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description and where applicable photographs. I will ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are correct at the time details were added to the website.
I will ensure the website is updated regularly as stock of items changes to avoid any disappointment of items going out of stock.
We take all reasonable care to keep the details of the order and payment secure.
Placing an order with Holistic Wellbeing With Nicola
You place your order for your products on the website by processing to checkout, entering all the relevant details and then press place order. An order acknowledgement email will be sent with details the products ordered. As your product is shipped we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. If you are collecting your order you will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
If your order is not accepted you will receive an email from us explaining. This may occur in the following circumstances:
- The product you ordered being unavailable
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Refusal of transaction
- Your address not being in the United Kingdom
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime.
All orders will be processed and despatched within 5-7 working days of receiving full payment. Collections are from Hullbridge between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday and you will receive an email confirmation when items are ready to collect. All items will be packaged sufficiently and sent by first class post.
Delivery Charges are £3.95, collection is free of charge.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are stated in Pound Sterling and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the website. The total cost of you order will be the price of the items plus any postage and packaging charges.
Payments can be made by the payment methods stated on the website. You confirm that the card details being used are in your name, and you will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If you card issuer takes longer to process these checks it may delay your order from being sent out
REFUNDS or RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with your items please email me to receive returns information. On receipt of returned items a refund will be issued to the account where payment was received from.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return any items you are not happy with. All items need to be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging.
