Indian Head Massage £25

  • 30 minutes £25
  • 45 minutes £30

Indian Head Massage is a massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck and head. Followed by a pressure point face massage. It is traditionally completed in a upright seated position using oil. But if you would prefer to be laying down the treatment can be adapted.

I use a natural Grapeseed oil which has no fragrance for the treatment but understand not everyone requires oil in their hair. This would be discussed during the consultation process and then the treatment would be adapted where necessary.

I find that Indian Head Massage combines well with Reiki or Swedish Massage to aid a deeper relaxation.

Benefits

Massage of the head and hair promotes a healthy blood flow.

The use of oil on the treatment can improve the texture of the hair.

It provides stress relief

Aids the reduction of aches and pains

Preparing for a Treatment

Before your first Indian Head Massage treatment we would complete a full consultation and discuss your requirements.

Before and after a treatment it is best to avoid having a large meal and tea/coffee.

Wear loose comfortable clothing. There is no need to remove clothing unless you require oil then you would be asked to remove your top but would be wrapped in a towel to cover your dignity.

Remove glasses and jewellery

I’d like to book a 45 min Indian head massage (shoulders scalp and neck) on Monday morning maybe about 10 but I can’t find it on the online booking.
    Can this be done please?

      Hi Christina,
Thank you for commenting. I tend to offer a 30 minute Indian Head Massage but I can adapt it to be 45 minutes.
I dont have any availability at 10am on Monday. I do however have an earlier appointment on Monday or in the evening.
I have daytime appointments on Friday 13th June as well. Please let me know
      Many Thanks
      Nicola
