Crystal Healing The Treatment

Crystal Healing is a beautiful treatment that uses the properties and energy of the crystals to help balance your chakra’s. It can involve a variety of different crystal items from Crystal Wands, Crystal Pendulums, Tumble Stones and Points.

Before your appointment I would do a full consultation to assertain what you hope to achieve from the treatment along with medical history, This gives me a better understanding of which crystals may benefit for you.

At the beginning of each treatment I encourage you to close your eyes and take some deep breaths before doing a short guided meditation to help you relax into the treatment. During this time I will tune into my intuition and feel your energy to see what techniques and crystals would suit you.

Crystal Healing Pendulum Technique

I use the Crystal Pendulum teachnique to find out how the energy is moving at a certain chakra or point on your body. I ask the pendulum to show me the energy in the area and then ask it to balance.

While doing this I assessing the following from the pendulum

If its moving
Speed of swing – fast or slow
Direction of swing – forward, back, circles etc
Consistent or erratic

These movements can really give me an idea of which chakras need more balancing or what ones are being protected

Crystal Healing Wand Technique

With the crystal wand which is either Rose Quartz or Clear Quartz I use it to wash over your whole body to either remove negative energy or fill you bck up with Positive energy.

Rose Quartz is a stone associated with unconditional love

Clear Quartz is often called the power stone

Tumble Stone Placement Technique

I will at times place certain tumble stones on the Seven Chakras to help the energy from the tumble stone go to the chakra to help balance it

Root – Base of Spine placement would be on couch between legs or on a hip
Sacral – Belly Bottom area
Solar Plexus – in triangle of rib cage just below your sternum (breast bone)
Heart – middle of chest
Throat – neck/throat area
Third Eye – on forehead between eyes
Crown – Above Head

If a chakra is particular out of balance I sometimes have been known to put more then 1 tumble stone on the area and then also surround it with clear quartz points to direct more energy to it.

Crystals Used in Crystal Healing

My go to crystals for healing are always the smoothest and flatest stones I can find to sit on someones chakras. I use a variety of different crystals which vary from client to client but I do have a few favourites due to their properties.
