Hi, I’m Nicola, married and mum of two. I am an intuitive holistic therapist who helps clients to feel uplifted and free through healing. I specialise in Reflexology for womens health and wellbeing.

I live in Hullbridge, Essex where I have a natural wood log cabin which is a warm, comfy and safe sanctuary for treatments, meditation, and women’s circles

I have personally been receiving complementary therapies since I was 15 years old, which I found supported me through different stages of life, fromm puberty to pregnancy and now perimenopause.

I believe that the therapies I offer have a positive effect on your wellbeing and may aid with

  • Support you on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.

I am a fully trained and insured in all the therapies I offer and hold a Massage and Special Treatment Licence with Essex County Council Trading Standards.

Other services that I offer are Sister Support Circles, Reiki course, Crystal Workshops, Law of Attaction Workshops and Retreats, all of which can be found under workshops.

Before every treatment I complete a full consultation where I would assess and discuss your requirements and establish the best way to tailor your treatment to meet your needs. We would also discuss any allergies so I know what products are best for your skin type. I try to use natural products or vegan products wherever possible.

Through the qualifications I have gained I have become a full member of AOR (Association of Reflexologists) and FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists).

Through my love of crystals and qualifications, I have a selection on sale and can give guidance to you or a loved one.  The items I stock are from UK wholesalers that I have checked for ethically sourced and quality.
