Title: Aerospatiale SN601 Corvette No’s 1 and 2 The Corvette was a twin-engined swept wing pressurised executive jet developed by Aerospatiale (after the merger of Sud Aviation and Nord Aviation) and first flew as the SN600 in July 1970. Unfortunately the prototype crashed in March 1971 during a test flight. A stretched version known as the SN601 was developed and first flew in 1972. By then however market confidence in the aircraft had suffered, and in addition its French competitor the Fan Jet Falcon had established an unassailable headstart in the dominant US market. Consequently sales were extremely slow and the manufacturer terminated the program after only 40 aircraft were built. 5 of the last aircraft were used by Airbus for internal transportation between factories from 1981 until 2009. The whole program resulted in a significant financial loss for the manufacturer. We offer two titles covering the SN601 Corvette, the first covers the Flight and operation manuals plus two brochures, and the second covers three maintenance manuals and two other brochures.
