Long-distance Dante Network Capability The Yamaha RIO-3224D utilizes the Dante network protocol, enabling long-distance audio transfer up to 100 meters between devices, ensuring high-quality sound with minimal latency and jitter. Remotely Controllable Internal Head Amplifiers Internal head amplifier parameters can be remotely controlled from compatible devices such as the CL series or a computer application like “R Remote,” enhancing convenience and flexibility in various setups. Digital Outputs Equipped with XLR-3-32 type balanced connectors for AES/EBU format digital audio outputs, the RIO-3224D ensures high-fidelity digital sound reproduction. Gain Compensation Function The Gain Compensation function, when enabled from supported devices like the CL5, adjusts internal digital gain to compensate for fluctuations. This allows individual gain settings for FOH and MONITOR even if they share the same channel, ensuring consistent audio quality. Direct Audio In/Out with a Connected Computer By connecting the RIO to a computer with Dante Virtual Soundcard installed via a standard Ethernet cable, you can directly input or output audio signals without needing an additional audio interface device.
