Occasional Irregularity is a Scotch whisky, Irish whiskey and American bourbon barrel aged cheesecake imperial dessert stout. This impy is a blend of 3 different barrels, re-fermented on a load of Scottish strawberries, toasted coconut, Amburana wood chips and Tahitian vanilla pods.
